Robert Grillo is the head of business development for the Americas for CurveGlobal. Based in New York, he is charged with leading the platform’s efforts to expand with US traders.[1]

Background

A 25-year industry veteran, Grillo joined CurveGlobal after a two-year hiatus. He was previously president of OpenDoor Trading, a US treasuries trading platform.

He has served in a variety of senior roles at investment banks and buy-side firms, including head of FICC e-sales and global head of institutional rate sales at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and head of FIG rates sales at JP Morgan.

Education

He has a bachelor's degree in business, management and marketing from St. John's University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business.
