Paul Donofrio is the chief financial officer at Bank of America-Merrill Lynch.

He was previously head of global corporate banking credit and transaction banking at Bank of America Corp., appointed in late January 2012. In that role he was responsible for GCIB and Commercial Banking (GCB), including Global Treasury Solutions (GTS), Loan Products, Leasing, Trade and Supply Chain Finance, and Custody and Agency Services.[1]


Donofrio was previously one of the three co-heads of global corporate and investment banking at B of A. [2]
