Martin F. Doyle is an attorney with Kopecky Schumacher Bleakley Rosenburg PC.[1]

Previously, he was the general counsel of Quadriserv.[2] Doyle formerly served as CEO and President of OneChicago, the joint venture securities futures exchange.[3]

Background

Doyle was hired by OneChicago as managing director for business development in 2001 as the exchange was being established.[5] He later succeeded William Rainer as CEO and president of the exchange.[6] Doyle resigned from OneChicago in 2006.[7][8]

While Doyle was leading OneChicago, Interactive Brokers made a substantial equity investment in the exchange.[9] Doyle was succeeded as CEO by former Interactive Brokers executive David Downey.

Prior to OneChicago, Doyle had served as vice president and general counsel of Lind-Waldock, a Chicago-based discount futures broker.

Education

Doyle holds a bachelor of arts degree from St. Mary's University and a Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in Chicago.
